What is the Kimekomi Doll Complete kit set?

About the Kimekomi doll kits we sell

  • What we call the body of our Kimekomi kit is what we sell and call a body, as shown in the photo above, which includes a torso made of paulownia wood, a plaster head with a face decorated with blown fur, and other accessories such as hands and props.

  • This body plus the fabric, instructions,  Powder glue that is dissolved in water, and Paulownia powder to correct any chipped parts are what we call a set.

*About the pattern: We recommend three-dimensional cutting. Please note that the pattern is not included. For instructions on how to make a three-dimensional cut, please see How to make a Kimekomi doll.

  • Note: The doll photos shown on the catalog page are samples and may differ from this set.
    We will use costumes as similar to the sample as possible, but we will only notify you in advance if the feel of the fabric changes drastically due to inventory issues. If the image does not differ drastically from the sample, the fabric may change without notice, so please be aware of this in advance.
