📦 Shipping Method
International Shipping (outside Japan)
We ship all items directly from Japan. Please see below for details regarding shipping charges and other important notes.
🚚 Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on the greater of the total actual weight or the dimensional (volumetric) weight, including packaging. If your order includes items that are larger or heavier than expected, additional fees may apply. In such cases, we will inform you of the exact shipping charge after your order is placed.
🧾Taxes & Duties (International Orders)
Default term: DAP (Delivered At Place).
Shipping fees do not include any taxes, duties, or import/clearance fees charged by the destination country. These charges vary by country and are normally payable by the recipient on delivery.
- If the shipping cost to your country is not displayed at checkout, please contact us in advance to confirm availability and obtain a manual quote. For oversized items, multi-parcel shipments, or deliveries to remote areas, we may not be able to accept the order due to dimensional weight or remote-area surcharges.
- If shipping is not possible and your order must be cancelled and refunded, payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Gifts with the sender paying import charges (DDP-style).
Upon request, we can arrange shipment so that applicable customs duties and taxes are invoiced to the sender after the actual amounts are confirmed (i.e., a DDP arrangement). Note that EMS cannot be used for this option; courier services only (UPS/FedEx/DHL), and higher shipping/handling costs may apply. Please contact us before ordering if you wish to use this option.
Country-specific requirements.
Some destinations require local tax IDs for customs clearance (e.g., Korea’s PCCC). Please provide any required numbers to avoid delays or returns.

🌏 To the United States
Notice on Shipping to the United States
As of August 27, 2025, Japan Post has announced that it will suspend acceptance of EMS and international parcels addressed to the United States containing goods for sale.
In response, our store will, for the time being, use UPS courier services as the primary shipping method. While UPS is generally more expensive than EMS, it ensures reliable delivery and reduces the risk of shipments being refused.
At present, automatic calculation of shipping costs is suspended except for small parcels. For larger shipments, please contact us for a separate quotation.
Please note that customs duties and taxes are not prepaid by our store and must be paid directly by the recipient at the time of import. For UPS and other courier services, ad valorem duties (generally around 15%, varying by item and customs classification) are understood to apply, though actual rates and handling may differ depending on the product and clearance process.
In addition, a customs clearance fee of at least $14 is likely to apply. If this fee is paid upon delivery, an additional $12 handling charge may be incurred.
EMS (international postal service) is currently not accepting shipments containing goods for sale. If EMS services are resumed in the future, it is possible that ad valorem duties, similar to those applied to UPS, may then apply.
