📦 Shipping Method
International Shipping (outside Japan)
We ship all items directly from Japan. Please see below for details regarding shipping charges and other important notes.
🚚 Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on the greater of the actual weight or the dimensional (volumetric) weight, including packaging.
Additional charges may apply for oversized items, multi-parcel shipments, or deliveries to remote areas. If any additional charges are required, we will notify you before shipment.
🧾 Taxes & Duties (International Orders)
Default term: DAP (Delivered At Place).
Shipping fees do not include taxes, duties, import VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, or other import-related charges imposed by the destination country. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
For shipments to the European Union, import VAT and any applicable customs duties or fixed customs charges under current EU regulations may apply.
Depending on the carrier's billing system, these charges may be collected before delivery, at the time of delivery, or after delivery.
If shipping rates are not shown at checkout, please contact us before ordering.
For oversized items, multi-parcel shipments, or certain destinations, we may provide an individual quotation.
If shipping is not possible and the order must be cancelled, payment processing fees are non-refundable.
🎁 DDP Option (Duties and Taxes Included)
For certain destinations and upon request, we may be able to arrange shipment under DDP terms.
Under DDP, duties and taxes are included in the total price.
No additional payment will be required from the recipient upon delivery.
DDP shipping is generally arranged through courier services such as UPS or DHL and may involve higher shipping and handling costs. Available shipping methods vary by country and region. Please contact us before ordering if you would like to use this option.
For business shipments to the European Union or the United Kingdom, the recipient may be required to provide an EORI number in order to arrange DDP shipping.
We do not accept surprise gift shipments without the recipient’s prior consent. If an order is shipped without the recipient’s prior consent, we cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery, return, disposal, or any related costs.

🌍 To the United States
Orders to the United States are shipped under different conditions depending on the total order value.
- Orders of USD 800 or less: Shipped by EMS under DDP terms (duties and taxes included). No additional payment will be required from the recipient upon delivery.
- Orders over USD 800: Shipped under DAP terms. Any applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees must be paid by the recipient.
We do not accept surprise gift shipments without the recipient’s prior consent. If an order is shipped without the recipient’s prior consent, we cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery, return, disposal, or any related costs.
