• Doll cases do not have a fixed shape for each type of decoration, and the appearance and required size can vary greatly depending on the combination.
• In addition to storing everything, organizing the configuration allows for display methods tailored to the installation space.
• We mainly offer empty cases and guide you in choosing a case that suits your existing decorations.
• For some types of cases, you can also see examples of decorations using that specific case.
• If you are unsure about the size or combination, please contact us.

• There are types where width, depth, and height can all be specified (cover type only).
• There are types where the paint color and backing can be changed to glass, mirrored surfaces, etc.
• There are also types where the shape and size of the base are fixed, and only the height can be specified (cover type only).
• Custom cases for hinged-door types cannot be accepted.
• Types made from scratch take about a month to produce, so please consult with us well in advance.

[In-store Only] Glass Case Repair & Restoration

We only offer repair and restoration consultations for items brought directly to our store.

*Please note that this is not a repair to make the item like new, but rather a restoration to make it usable again, utilizing existing parts and preserving its original character.

・Broken door pins
・Overall wobbliness

■Examples we cannot accommodate:
・Missing parts
・Acrylic cases of special shapes
・Repainting, re-covering back panels
・Items with directly glued glass

If you are unsure whether to repair or replace, or simply want to inquire about repair possibilities, please feel free to contact us first.
(Depending on the repair, it may sometimes be more cost-effective to purchase a new item.)

Type 1: Glass Doll Display Case Sample (Front Doors with Tassels)

• Wooden glass display case with front doors and tassels.
• Finished with cashew lacquer. “Keshi” refers to matte black, while “Tame” refers here to glossy black.

Our display cases are delivered as completed products, but depending on the product, we can send it to you in an unassembled state. This page is for reference in that case.

How to assemble a wooden doll case: Type 1 with front door and tassels. (Please prepare your own wood glue.)

• 1. Pour glue into the hole in the base until it is about half full, as shown in Figure 2 (commercially available wood glue will do).

Spread the glue out using a thin stick or similar object.

• 2. Place the pillars on the base. There are three types of pillars, some with tops and bottoms, so be careful not to mix them up. (Fig. 3, 4) Fig. 4 shows the shape of the pillars for a case with tassels.
• 3. Insert the back panel and glass. (Fig. 5)

• 4. Apply glue to the recessed part of the top board in the same way as the base, and lightly insert the heads of the pillars.When doing so, be careful not to insert the pillar on the front right so that the door pin can be inserted later. (Fig. 6, 7)

• 5. While inserting the pin part of the right door into the hole in the base and the hole in the top plate, insert the pillar all the way into the recess in the top plate. (Fig. 9)
• 6. Press down on the top plate that was lightly inserted in step 4 with your hand from directly above and insert it all the way. If the pillar is not properly inserted in the hole and the bag and glass are not properly inserted in the groove, it will not go all the way. Please be careful.
• 7. If there are tassels, attach them.
