Takeuchi Seihō’s White Chrysanthemums is a kachōga (bird-and-flower painting) that places pure white blossoms against a soft background. Each petal is delicately rendered to highlight the flower’s elegance and purity. With a simple composition that makes use of empty space, the work conveys a serene, dignified atmosphere and expresses the auspicious beauty of chrysanthemums.
High-definition art painting (hand-colored complementary colors)
The work is printed on a Shin-ken-bon (High quality printing paper) using cutting-edge giclee printing techniques adopted by famous art museums around the world to produce replicas, and the final finish is hand-colored with complementary colors to create a realistic look. It is weather-resistant and not easily decomposed by light or ozone in the air, so the color tone is less likely to change over time and the beauty will not change.
