Ring to reduce the bending of carp (made of plastic)

The ring reduces the bending of the pole. With Yamachan, you can raise and lower the ring smoothly!!

Being made of aluminum, it's only natural that aluminum poles will bend.
This is because all the force is concentrated at the top and bottom, as shown in Figure 1.
There are fewer factors that cause the pole to bend at the base, but as the upper pulley is far away from the fixed base, all the force is applied to it, and it is pulled there. This is what causes it to bend.

However, by attaching rings between the carp, the force on the pulley is distributed over the entire length, as shown in Figure 2, reducing the strain.
Up to this point, this is a technique that has been used for a long time.

However, things start to get a little different from here.
First, there's the ring. It has a metal fitting that fixes the height.

(The key is to attach it between the streamers and the carp, and between the carp and the other carp.)
It can be installed even after the pole has been erected.
By attaching the tube, the ring will not come off.
  • However, the problem here is that the ring gets caught on the bolt when raising and lowering it.
  • The solution to this problem is Yama-chan. This grey plastic is Yama-chan.
  • What do you think?

However, this ring also has a weak point.

Although it is convenient to be able to add it later, since it is made of plastic it is a consumable item that can break if a sudden strong force is applied to it.

Therefore, we will also sell these rings separately for customers who use our poles.
Also, if you are stretching a safety rope with a power pole etc., make sure to install the ring above the safety rope.
