Body (Fabric orientation and types)
Prince
- ①～⑨ are the fabric numbers. The base fabric is the fabric for the hakama.
- The arrows indicate the orientation of the fabric when applying it.
- There are many types of fabric, so be careful not to apply them in the wrong places.
- First, make sure to correct properly. The final result will depend on the initial correction. If you apply the fabric as shown in figure 1, the finish will look like that. Please correct it properly like in figure 2.
- Make sure not to confuse the hands of the prince and the princess. The round finger indicates the right hand of the prince.
- This hina doll has sleeves that are curled. Apply glue to the curled part beforehand before inserting it. Be careful not to use too much glue at that time.
- The prince's ceremonial cap can be attached each time it is displayed, but I think it would be better to attach it with glue beforehand.
- To attach the ceremonial cap, first attach the cord to it, then apply glue to the prince's topknot. After tying a bow at the neck, apply a small amount of glue to the hidden knot so that it is not visible from the front.
Princess (in case of karako衣)
- ①～⑨ are the fabric numbers. The base fabric is the fabric for the hakama.
- The arrows indicate the orientation of the fabric when applying it.
- Fill the groove at A.
- Regarding the part marked ③or④, either is fine. Please consider the color combination and insert it.
- Please insert the parts marked ③, ④, and ⑦ based on color combinations as well.
- The points to note are almost the same as for the prince.
- For the princess, the hem of the kimono is also curled, so it's better to apply glue there as well.
- The princess looks more luxurious if dressed with a collar. For details, please refer to here. If you wish for a collar, please let us know at the time of ordering.
Princess (in case of uchikake)
- ①～⑩ are the fabric numbers. The base fabric is the fabric for the hakama.
- The arrows indicate the orientation of the fabric when applying it.
- It is almost the same as the case of karako, but do not fill the grooves at the collar; use them as is.
- If using uchikake, please specify beforehand.
