• For customers considering purchasing products at our store. Hina dolls are sold in stores from mid-November to the end of February, with the most products in stock in January and February. May dolls are sold in stores in March and April, and with a few exceptions, they are not displayed in stores during other times of the year. Please use our mail order service here.

• If you have requests such as "I want this doll, and my budget is about (OOO yen)," or "I want this stand and these flowers.

• Basically, we will deliver the items you see on the website, but the costumes of dance dolls, wooden dolls, etc. may be slightly different. If the image of the costume differs greatly from the sample, or if the same item has sold out, we will inform you separately.
