With the exception of some products, we will accept returns if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Returns will only be accepted in the following cases.

Returns will only be accepted in the following cases.
1. In the case of a defective product
2. If the product you received is different from the product you ordered
3. If the product you received is significantly different from the product described on our shopping site
In addition, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following types of products:
- Products that have been delivered more than one week ago
- Products that have been damaged due to customer negligence, or products that have been opened and cannot be returned exactly to their original condition.
- Special-order products, products ordered from outside the site, and products that are stated as non-returnable products.
We will only accept requests for returns and exchanges due to customer mistake if the following supplementary conditions are met.
