About fees other than shipping fee
About payment fees
When you pay by credit card or Paypal, the payment fee is included in the price. There is no need to pay it separately.
However, in the case of a refund for a returned item, the payment fee will be deducted.
About customs duties
If you are a customer outside of Japan and purchase our products, you may be charged customs duties in your country.
Customs duties are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Please inquire at your country's customs office about customs duties to be paid separately.
About fees for returns
In the case of returns due to reasons beyond our control, you will be responsible for shipping fees and other fees.

Regarding items that cannot be purchased.
