• For customers considering purchasing products in our store. Dolls and carp streamers are on sale in our store from early March until May 4th. Outside of that period, with a few exceptions, they are not on display in the store. Please use our mail order service here.

• If you have requests such as "I want this doll, and my budget is about (OOO yen)," or "I want this stand and these flowers. I'll leave the rest up to you, and my budget is about this," please let us know. We will propose a product that meets your needs, as close to your desired price as possible. Please be careful when purchasing products.

• We will generally deliver the items you see on our website, however costumes may vary slightly for dance dolls and Kimekomi dolls. If the image of the costume differs significantly from the sample, or if the same item has sold out, we will inform you separately.
• *If you only make an inquiry, we cannot reserve items for you, so please forgive us if the item has sold out before you place your order.
