How to tie decorative strings

① Fold the string in half and adjust the length.

② Make a loop on one side. The yellow line is the part that goes on top.

③ Make a shape like this, paying attention to which side will be on top.
④ Insert D between the overlapping parts of B, and C between A.

⑤Then it will look like this. Now pull it in the direction of the arrow while checking the balance.

⑥If it doesn’t look like this, then the overlap is probably incorrect in step 3.
