In-store display of Hagoita and Hamayumi is limited to certain periods of the year.
Outside these periods, items may not be on display; however, please do not hesitate to ask our staff.

Our online store accepts orders throughout the year.

Important Notes When Purchasing

• Hagoita: Even for the same model, the overall impression may vary depending on pose and costume details.
  If a specific pose is sold out or the costume differs significantly from the sample, we will propose suitable alternatives.
• Hamayumi: Stock is limited. If an item is sold out, we will recommend the closest available alternative.

Please note that we cannot reserve items based on inquiries alone.
If an item sells out before an order is placed, we appreciate your understanding.
