To customers considering purchasing products at our store. Hina dolls are sold in stores from mid-November to the end of February, with the most products available in January and February. With a few exceptions, they are not displayed in stores at other times of the year. Please use our mail order service here.
If you have requests such as "I want this doll, and my budget is about (OOO yen)," or "I want this stand and these flowers. I'll leave the rest up to you, and my budget is about this," please let us know. We will propose a product that meets your needs, as close to your desired price as possible. We will generally deliver the items you see on our website, however costumes may vary slightly for dance dolls and Kimekomi dolls. If the image of the costume differs significantly from the sample, or if the same item has sold out, we will inform you separately.
